InterLogic Global is an innovative service provider of warehousing & logistics training, consulting and system solutions for the international and domestic logistics industries. Since our inception, we have set out to support the warehousing and supply chain industry in effectively managing the challenges of implementing, maintaining and optimising warehouse management and transport systems and processes. 

With a combined experience of over 100 Years in Supply Chain Logistics including forwarding, warehousing and transport, our unique skills set and industry knowledge has allowed us to provide the industry with the ability to access and deliver comprehensive, productive, and innovative improvements to your warehouse and operations with minimal strain to your skilled workforce and resource.

Our consulting firm is focused on providing a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to the challenges of running an efficient, process driven and cost-effective warehouse and logistics operation. We use our practical experience, industry partnerships and system knowledge to solve the problems of costly and inefficient warehousing, dealing with the challenging and resource draining exercise of implementations, customers on boarding and facilitating new ways of looking at your operation through review, pick efficiency and layout planning. We assist you to build warehouse processes using key metrics within your operation and system including advanced system integration with suppliers, vendors and other eCommerce supply chain stake holders.

With a mission to become the most comprehensive and trusted consulting firm in the warehousing, logistics and supply chain industry in Australia. Our journey began in the APAC region  but as our name suggest we have now grown to assist our customers globally.
